Harbert Retail’s Casey Howard and Lacey Scott represented the Buyer and Developer, WDG Tuscaloosa, LLC, in the purchase of a site on Highway 69 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The site will become a new stand-alone Dunkin location. Howard and Scott also represented the Dunkin franchisee in the build-to-suit lease for the new location.
Once the space is fully built, the new Dunkin’ location will feature the brand’s new Next Gen modern design and in-store innovations, a drive-thru and mobile pickup area available for app orders, and a digital order status board enabling order tracking.
