Harbert Retail’s Casey Howard and Lacey Scott represented the tenant, Alabama Adult Day, in the long-term lease for a 30,500 SF facility located at 6701 Crestwood Blvd, Birmingham, Alabama. This site is situated as a prominent outparcel in front of Home Depot and the Crestwood Festival Center. The landlord was represented by Michael Johnson and Dan Anderson of Engel.
Alabama Adult Day is a premier adult day health center and rehabilitation provider. The organization is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, person-centered services to seniors and individuals with disabilities within a safe, supervised environment.
The new Crestwood Boulevard location will allow Alabama Adult Day to expand its mission of promoting independence, dignity, and community integration. Their programming is specifically designed to align with Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) standards, offering a mix of comprehensive health monitoring, rehabilitative therapy, social services and community engagement.
