Harbert Retail’s Casey Howard and Lacey Scott represented both the landlord and tenant in a deal bringing Dunkin’ to Gardendale, AL. The new store is complete and set to open soon. It will feature a drive-thru and is located at 626 Fieldstown Road in one of the area’s busiest retail corridors. Other tenants at the center include Chicken Salad Chick and Jersey Mike’s.
