The property was acquired by Tre Luna Catering, owned by Erin and Brian Mooney. Meredith Ray Calhoun and Tika Ramchandani with Tessa Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer in the transaction.
Originally constructed in 1929, The Theodore was completely renovated in 2018 as a premier event venue. Renovations included a new roof, new HVAC systems, modern restrooms, a catering kitchen, overhead fans, and fully sprinklered event space.
