Harbert Realty Facilitates Sale of Historic Tucker House in Longwood, FL

Harbert Realty Services represented the seller in the $497,000 sale of 138 W. Jessup Avenue, historically known as the Tucker House.

Located in the heart of Downtown Longwood, the circa-1920 bungalow-style property includes a 1,525-square-foot office building and a 172-square-foot detached studio situated on approximately 0.30 acres.

Danielle Kovie of Millenia Partners represented the buyer, who acquired the property as an owner-user for the operation of his medical practice.

“We’re pleased to have helped our client successfully complete this sale,” said Josh Smith, Vice President at Harbert Realty. “Owner-user office properties in walkable, well-established locations continue to see strong demand, particularly from medical and professional service users seeking distinctive spaces with convenient access and excellent visibility.”

Harbert Realty also noted that the neighboring property at 150 W. Jessup Avenue remains available for purchase. The property features a 3,508± square-foot, two-story bungalow-style office building with warm, rustic character and a highly desirable Downtown Longwood location.
