Josh, a Florida native, has many years of experience in commercial real estate, as well as, being a successful business owner and entrepreneur. Josh joined Harbert Realty in 2017 as Vice President and Managing director of Harbert’s Orlando office branch. As HRS’s new leader in Central Florida, Josh plans to expand the scope of Harbert Realty Services in Central Florida and throughout Florida’s other growing markets.
Prior Experience
Before joining Harbert in 2017, Josh launched two prosperous start-up companies. Since 2011, he has worked in office, industrial and retail brokerage fields in Central Florida.
Education
Josh earned his degree in 2003 from University of Central Florida.

Josh has been a member of Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
