Harbert Realty Services’ Vice President of Development Bill Ware represented the owner of Park Place Troy in a deal with Edward Jones. Edward Jones, one of the top ten financial advisors in the U.S., will occupy in-line space adjacent to Publix. Cushman and Wakefield represented the tenant in the transaction.
Harbert Realty also announces the addition of Great Clips to the Park Place tenant line-up. The will join Publix, Petsense, ATI Physical Therapy, Beaute Nail Spa, Goldfinger’s, and Marcos Pizza.
